A small group from the Southeast Regional Interest Group enjoyed meeting at Jen’s Farm Maples, bright and early on Sunday August 14, 2022, where Maple Society Board Member Jennifer Tucker has been operating her business since 2001.
We were greeted by Jen with coffee and donuts, followed by a tour of her woodland where she is planting a growing number of cultivars. Then on to Jen’s beautiful greenhouses to see plants she has grafted and grown, and where we also had opportunity to make purchases. Some of us met each other for the first time on this delightful weekend, and we all went home with many new “friends” for our gardens.
